Learning for life
We believe in continually developing our skills and experience.
Not only does this enhance the care we offer to those who live with us, it also enhances our team’s confidence and enjoyment.
Beyond our extensive induction training, we provide additional development opportunities for our Support Workers.
This includes specialist training such as:
- Autism awareness
- Diabetes awareness
- Epilepsy awareness
- Coping with stress
- Understanding ADHD
- Restorative justice
- Challenging behaviour
Specific training is provided for Team Leaders and we run Level 5 Leadership and Management training for Registered Managers. Experienced Support Workers are offered the opportunity to take Level 3 Education and Training qualifications to help them pass on their skills.
Through our close working relationship with Chichester College Group, we give our team access to Level 2 courses on a wide range of topics such as autism and behaviour that challenges.
We constantly listen and look for training opportunities to support our team in their day to day work or in progressing their careers.
Join our team and start your journey of personal and professional development.
