In-house Training Centre
Established in 2013, our Training Centre allows us to provide a continually expanding range of courses and workshops for our team.
The success of our training comes from focusing on the needs of each individual in our care and the team looking after them. Whenever someone new comes to live with us, alongside assessing their needs, we also assess the training needs of the team who will be caring for them.
Most of our training is written and delivered by our in-house trainers. However, where specialist expertise is required, we draw on a range of professionals to provide specialist training.
Our in-house qualifications, such as the Level 3 Diploma For Residential Childcare, are awarded by NCFE CACHE (the Council for Awards in Care, Health and Education).
