Leah started working in the care industry as a volunteer in 1999 and very quickly knew she had found her vocation. Since then Leah has progressed through the care sector and has subsequently been appointed as a Registered Manager three times.
In 2014 Leah was invited to join the Board of Directors at PJL Healthcare.
When not at work, Leah enjoys spending time with her family, impromptu trips away in the campervan and exploring the countryside with her French Bulldog.
Leah’s favourite biscuit is a chocolate digestive … perfect for tea dunking!
