Mayfield Adult Services offer a residential service and supported living for adults with learning disabilities and other associated complexities – in the heart of East Sussex at our Mayfield site.
We are firmly committed to personal development and creating the right environment for all our residents to have the necessary care, choice and independence, which are vital cornerstones for adults with learning disabilities. Mayfield Adult Services offer high quality support and care through our supported living and residential home. Providing a range of personal care (without nursing) with the focus on the individual strengths, abilities, needs, confidence and wishes of all our residents.
We aim for our adult residents to become part of the local community, experiencing activities and quality outcomes with appropriate support according to their needs. The five key Principles of our care and support are: –

Within the above five Principles, Positive Behavioural Support and Person-Centred Active Support is at the centre of our Support Aims. Focus is always placed on Outcomes, Quality Of Life Enhancement and Support for any challenging behaviours that the young adult may display.
