Karli Tompsett

Karli has worked for PJL for over 15 years, starting back in 2005 as a support worker, before progressing to join the management team. Karli has been pivotal in supporting our Mayfield site to develop into the home it is today. Throughout her many years of employment she has turned her hand to several different roles. Settling into the job of Rota and Induction Manager in 2016 and then, in 2019, developing this role to offer her skills and expertise to the whole of PJL Healthcare.
Karli is a keen runner who is also very fond of chocolate!
Karli’s favourite biscuit is a Viennese finger.
