Sophie completes her level 3

Congratulations Sophie!

Huge congratulations to Sophie, who has completed her Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare.

Sophie’s challenge

Sophie’s achievement is all the more special because of the obstacles she had to overcome.

Thanks to her fantastic work ethic, Sophie made an excellent start in her studies. Being dyslexic meant that, at times, she struggled with some of the more technical course literature, but she showed real determination to succeed.

Mid way through her diploma, we were overjoyed when Sophie announced that she was pregnant. Unfortunately, Sophie didn’t have the easiest of pregnancies and had to put her coursework on hold.

Baby Milo was born and, after taking maternity leave to care for her son, Sophie returned to work and her studies.

After overcoming so many hurdles and life-changing events, we’re delighted that Sophie has now completed her diploma.

We wish her all the best as she continues her career at PJL Healthcare and we send lots of love to little Milo!

I would like to say how much I appreciate everything Debbie and the training team have done to help me and so grateful for all the opportunities PJL have given me.
