Rated ‘OUTSTANDING’ by Ofsted, we are a residential children’s home in Framfield, East Sussex for young people who have experienced adverse circumstances in their past.  We’re looking for exceptional people to join our inspirational team of Childcare Practitioners who are passionate about being positive role models to the young people we look after, providing amazing childhood memories and a home filled with love, laughter, and positivity.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

  • Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate, caring nature.
  • Happy to work shifts and available for sleep-ins when required, and to work at weekends and on bank holidays (on a rota basis).
  • Driving Licence.
  • Living within a commutable distance of Framfield, East Sussex.
  • Enthusiasm, positivity and a good sense of humour!
  • Right to work in the UK.
